Making a Purchase

At Just Vintage we want to make your purchase as easy as possible. Just click on the item you wish to purchase and add to cart, once you have finished shopping, go to checkout. This will take you direct to Paypal to complete your transaction. Once you complete your order this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We accept all orders subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you regarding this, and maybe even provide details of an alternative and similar item. We accept payment byPaypal, if you wish to pay by cheque,please email us for details. In the case of cheques, at least two weeks' clearance is required before items will be shipped.

Right to Cancel Your Contract

If you have received your goods and you feel that the item is not as described, you can contact us with details of the problem. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible (within seven days of receipt). Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from Paypal will be re-credited to your Paypal account as soon as possible provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or you do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Cancellation By Us

Just Vintage, reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your Paypal account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Accuracy of Website

Just Vintage have taken every care in preparing the content of this website, however we cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free from mistakes. To the extent permitted by law, Just Vintage disclaim all warranties express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this website. Descriptions of goods are given in good faith, however any such description is given in good faith either by Just Vintage, you should satisfy yourselves on any particular issue of provenance or quality.

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
